Chemo cap for my 4 year old niece. They said it fits, though from the picture on her blog, it might be a little short.
Copied from that craftster post, but I tried to make it child-sized…
Notes: 72 stitches on size 7 needles, seed stitch for 1.5 inches, switch to size 8 needles, stockinette for 2.5 inches, follow decrease directions. For the bow, I cast on 26 stitches on size 5 circular needles and knit in the round until it was the right height for the bow, then knit a strip of stockinette 3 stitches wide until it was long enough to tie around. Then I sewed the bow in the right place. I hope if they throw it in the wash the red doesn’t dye the white…
